Vacation Provisioning FAQ Q:  What kind of quality can I expect? A:  We always provide brand name products, as specified on the Order Form.  Our trained shoppers take their time to hand pick the freshest and highest quality products.  If, for any reason, the specific brands/sizes you request are unavailable on that day, we will substitute a similar brand name product. And remember that any type of store specials and sale prices will always be passed along to you. Q:  How far in advance should I place my order? A:  Our delivery scheduling is done on a first-come/first-served basis.  We recommend you place your order at least two weeks of your arrival date – since our weeks fill up quickly.  Your order will be confirmed by phone within 48 hours after placement.  If you have not received a confirmation within that timeframe, please contact us.
