Vendors A Preferred Resource Network (PRN) Vendor is a company that provides products and services for Q&S and our vast network of clients, including 26 corporate buildings and 1,300 individual members.  This preferred relationship is based on a proven level of excellence in providing products and services.   Q&S negotiates the lowest prices with vendors so we can add value for our clients. Upon completion of a satisfactory vendor site inspection, the PRN vendor applicant will be invited to join the Preferred Resource Network. There is currently a yearly administration fee, which is due upon completion of the application. It is expected that the Vendor members providing products and services, such as those listed below, will incur booking fees  or other mutually beneficial agreement negotiated and agreed by a Q&S representative and the prospective PRN Vendor Member. • Wedding Vendors      • Photographers     • Caterers     • D.J.s     • Florists • Gift suppliers • Galleries • Events/Party Planners • Pet sitters All Vendor Members are required to provide Client Members with integrity and excellence in products and services, and to adhere to Q&S policies and procedures of membership.
